Originally manufactured in Sweden from the 1930’s to the 1980’s and with great names such as Bowie, Zappa, Cat Stevens and Elvis using them, the brand became an icon. You will be seeing more and more used around Perth.
The Hagstrom family agreed to the guitar being re-introduced to the market, providing the highest quality of the original instruments were maintained or even improved upon. An Australian brand stocked by this music shop in Perth Western Australia. Following the success of Valencia, the design team launched the Essex brand of Acoustic, Acoustic Electric and Electric guitars onto the world in 1998. Crescendo has stocked and sold this brand since then.
They are ideal as a beginner’s guitar with everything to encourage the player to pick it up and play! A great selection of colours and designs to suit most people together with great action, intonation and good sounds make it ideal. GREG BENNETT GUITARS
Greg Bennett is an American design veteran of 30 years, operating out of his studio in Nashville. Available now at this music shop in Perth.
Recognising the need for good quality but economical guitars, he teamed up with the Samick factory to achieve his goal and his guitars are now in the top 10 selling brands throughout the world.
The Samick factory has been manufacturing musical instruments since 1958. The sourcing of the distinctive tone woods that make up the guitars, together with the special caliber electronics and hardware ensure that Samick produce some of the highest standard guitars at an economical level.

LAG GUITARS
Lag guitars in store at this Perth music shop. LAG has been popular in Europe for over 25 years. The French flair of designer Michel Chavarria has created an innovative and beautifully stylish range of electric and acoustic guitars. Exposure by the likes of the Scorpions and Motorhead added prestige to the brand.
The top range are still manufactured in France, but in 2005 it was decided to manufacture the economical ones in China and therefore opening up the world stage.
